My experience has been a disaster. Sold me a car that had multiple recalls and should not have been on the lot. Bought an extended warranty... But after thousands of dollars of repairs and lack there of now my engine is out and they're saying its because I skipped oil changes. ( I have receipts) Why would I spend thousands to keep the car running and skip oil changes?! Could not recommend. They have failed me.
I like this dealership because if you've got a problem or you're not satisfied about something, they will go above and beyond to make it right, and I'm driving from Alabama.
This dealership is excellent! We were very satisfied. Our salesman,Richard was polite, professional, and honest. The finance representative, Fred was also top notch. We would definitely return to purchase a vehicle from them again.
I moved to the area 15 months ago from out of state. I have been pleased with the multiple service trips thus far for my Buick. Appointments are easy to schedule and the multiple waiting rooms are comfortable while I wait for service (which has always been quick).
I've had multiple great experiences in the service department. Austin has always been my service advisor and everything is always fixed when promised and done right the first time. Thank you very much for hosting the Trunk or Treat event this weekend, my kids had a blast and everyone was very polite and helpful. You guys worked hard to make that event a great success.
