Had a 9:30 appointment for airbag firm wear fix and first oil change. I was told it would take about 1 hr. It is 11:30.
Wonderful car buying experience with Jesse!!! Never pushy, told him exactly what I wanted and didn't hear from him until they had it. He never tried to change my mind or convince me to go with another color/model! I would recommend Jesse and Jim Ellis a thousand times...PERFECT customer service!
Best car buying experience EVER!! We loved our Sales guy, Marc T - he was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, completely fair and...funny, too!! Made the overall visit a real pleasure!! Our Finance guy, Dee H, was also very helpful and willing to work with us to find something that worked for us and for Jim Ellis. We will be back again - once our sparkly new 2017 Acadia isn't as sparkly new as it is now. Thank you!!!

Very pleasant experience with Jim Ellis, our sales associate was Richard Newton and he not only was very professional and customer oriented, but also went above and beyond for my wife and I !!! The best part was Mr. Newton didn't try to force us or pressure us at all. Thank you, and I would recommend Jim Ellis in Buford to anyone!
This place is a JOKE! Much better dealership's out there to do business with than this place! They don't even want to call you back and "Shot gun" your credit all over the place! Much happier that I went somewhere else and got a better truck for a better price!
