I've had an amazing experience with the Jim Allen Group. I contacted Jim, he's the best, most well known and connected agent in the business. He and his staff are very knowledgeable. They marketed my home and even helped me with staging. Also, Jim was very responsive throughout the entire process, and I was very, very pleased with the level of service I received. I highly recommend Jim Allen as a real estate agent.
Angie is very nice. However, at the end of the day I paid for the buyer's closing cost, reduced the listing price by $5,000 and made repairs that I thought were not necessary. There was an air conditioning coil that needed to be repaired. However, the air conditioner was functional and did not prevent the future buyers from collecting on rent. The Jim Allen group attempted to sell our home in Raleigh, NC. Although Jim Allen was our agent, more often than not he was too important to speak to us directly. The rep that did deal with us directly we were told was working only part time, at one point wasn't even working for them... had an irrigation business? We were promised a quick sale without having to lower our price. These two trigger points sometimes leaves a bad impression to a client no matter how much assistance and professionalism is given on the part of a real estate agent.
