Jon Tennant is the best realtor we have ever used. We have purchased a lot of properties and know the value of a good realtor. This time we needed help moving from CA to NC. Jon not only is very knowledgeable but truly cares about his clients. When you are 2k miles away it is important to have a realtor that is experienced in dealing with the obstacles that come up in a long distance purchase. Jon was so on top of things there were times we actually forgot about the purchase as he took care of everything for us.
We tried to purchase a lot to build a new home. Our requests - submitted numerous times - continually fell on deaf ears. Felt amateur and did not feel well represented.
Tim has helped my wife and I purchase a home separate three times now. Every time, the process has been a breeze and we are very comfortable using him. He is amazingly fast to respond and address every and all questions from us and we've never had any problems in any of the processes.
