Horrible customer **********************. I took my vehicle for an oil change and they didnt install my oil filter gasket properly. I drove about 20 miles to realize my oil leaked out. Then I look at my receipt to realize it is someone else's with my credit card information on it. I can not even get a phone call back

I let there ******** ** location look at my car because my ac needed serviced they held me there for over 2 probably 3 hours and at first said there machine only had 1.2 pounds of freon and if I could come back tomorrow they would finish recharging it that was after about an hour or so. I said ok that's fine I manage a store right down the street so I come by there everyday. So I sat back down and waited and waited then another guy came out and said that they think there machine was broke and there really not sure that they ... read more
Update: took my truck to a mechanic to find out that yes due to the *** for the oil pressure dropping to 4 to psi after leaving them it's causing engine issues They are not mechanics are only concerned about their own personal vehicles while they work on them during work hours instead of the customers. Took my truck for an oil change and an oil cleaner that was recommended to find out that they incorrectly installed the oil filter with the old ring from the original filter which caused when I got on the highway my oil pressu... read more
