This place couldn't get any worse. I went to there ******** location where they admitted they damaged the oil filter housing, which happens to be part of the crank case ************** i am being told they aren't going to do anything. Now, they are making up stuff they did to say it is fine and works perfectly. Yes, this is after they admitted they caused the damage. Can you say "Fraud"? I went in to the ******** (***************) location for an oil change. Workers drained the oil & refilled it but did NOT replace the filter nor do anything else. When they were "finished" one of the workers asked me to pay the full price of something like $125.00. Before handing over my card to pay I asked if they replaced the filter. Sold me a bad alternator and battery. Have not yet been refunded.
I took my car for an oil change on 8/9/2022, my car started making a loud rattling noise so I took it for a second opinion to check out the issue. It turns out that when my oil was changed back in August, it was done incorrectly causing it to start leaking. Not only did it leak outwardly but also into my engine causing my engine to seize completely. I am now without a car and have filed a complaint with Jiffy Lube. Went to Jiffy lube on August 18, 2022 for an oil change and there were 20 people on my car talking playing and joking around Was there for an hour while they are trying to **** me services I didn't ask for and flirting...after I left jiffy lube about 2 hours later my engine locked up had I towed home and had to wait for my mechanic to come off vacation to check my car so it sat for about 3 weeks ... I took my car for an oil change back in Jan 2021 at Jiffy Lube Wethersfield in CT. This oil change ended up costing $1000 in repairs.. Jiffy Lube cracked my oil gasket creating an oil leak and upon taking it to a different repair shop, they never even changed the oil filter. Not to mention my entire experience was awful. The team is rude, lazy and sexist as when I brought it back to the jiffy lube with a leak they referred to me as a "girl with daddy's money". Unethical predatory sales practice! I sent my teenage son up their to get an oil change and get his car inspected. He calls me later to say it cost $223. They completely upsold him on bogus stuff. They told him he needed $50 windshield wipers to pass inspection, which he did not in my opinion from prior inspection. They also told him he needed the air cabin filter and the engine filter replaced to the tune of an additional $80 for both.
