The employees at this jiffy lube left their gloves and a rag under my hood causing hundreds of dollars in damage. When they were confronted they admitted that those were the same gloves and rags they used. But refused to be liable for the damage. Because they are not a stand up company I will take my business elsewhere as well as warn family and friends to not go there!

Horrible shop with dishonest management - their poor service cost me $6300+ for a new engine. After I got an oil change at this location, the mechanic didn't s**** the oil drain plug back on properly (tightened it by hand, most likely). So, I was driving down the freeway and the oil drain plug fell off, which instantly drained all of my oil, and blew up my engine. When I contacted the manager, "****", he repeatedly dodged my calls. Went to jiffy lube to get a tune up on a Thursday and could not leave out of parking lot. When I did drive off my vehicle killed on me. I called customer ********************** and filed a complaint and have not been able to talk to anyone but the district manager, who has to email someone also. It has been over 72 hours and I have not heard from the franchise owner at all. My truck is still at the store.I have not been accommodated for at all.
