Got an oil change from them on 5/22/2023. Worked with ********, who was courteous, friendly, and professional. Had one oil change from them before without any issues, and the service has always been excellent.

I had my rear brakes done in February. A couple of weeks later I noticed a ton of noises coming from the rear. It got worse and I brought it back in. At that point, an employee jiggled my car around and said there was nothing wrong. A few days later the rear wheel totally seized up and I had to have it towed to a shop. There they found that Jiffy Lube had left several old parts in the brakes that had become wedged into the brakes. After receiving an oil change, an employee parked my car to the side and left the key on top of the car. Being a keyless fob, I was able to drive the car off the lot, but the key fell off onto the side of the road and was damaged by other cars on the road. The manager admitted fault and signed a paper stating they would reimburse for the amount of a replacement key fob which was $500 at the dealership. When I pulled up for an oil change, no one was around and an employee eventually sauntered out of a room and into the bay to pull me in. Once inside and the employee removed the oil filter, another employee came over and was then informing me of the cost of oil change (effectively trapping me here already because oil and filter had already been dumped). Team Car Care Jiffy Lube damaged my car while changing my oil and caused $3,000 worth of damage. The process to get that resolved has been terrible. I will never use Jiffy Lube again

Got an oil change done on 2/18/23. Car broke down 2/20/23 due to oil being over filled and chocking out my engine. Started a claim for damages with them and have not heard back since. I call corporate and the store every day and no one has helped me at all. I call corporate and they say I need to speak with the regional or franchise owner. I call the store and they say they aren't franchised and the **************** department needs to contact me. They don't care about doing what is right.
On Friday January 20, took my truck for an oil change. Came back because they did it wrong not sure what they did. After I left, drove my truck for 20 minutes, got it come back i think they left my truck without oil. Managed couldn't gave me a honest answer. Funny thing another customer came back because he was right behind me and did an oil change. Same his car starts leaking oil after he left the shop. Do not use this Jiffy Lube! My car (2016 ****** Outback) was serviced on Monday, 12/19 and on Thursday, 12/22 the car broke down on I80 in ************ as my son was coming home for Christmas. Attached are the images from a mechanic in ******, ** that shows the missing oil drain plug, engine oil all over the bottom of the car, and internal damage to the engine.
