They dont pay employees enough or pay out any PTO or Sick pay. Im ********. The current managers dont care about the customers or the well beings of their employees. This LLC has no car care and should not be any part of jiffy lube corporation. Rats

Jiffy lube blew my engine by not performing a proper oil change my engine did not get oil at all I drove away on the highway and my vehicle was smoking I was put in danger and they have not even tried to reach out to replace my motor the manager ******* has been giving me the run around and saying they would provide me with a rental car and replace my engine but nothing has been resolved

I'd give a 0 but I need to at least give a 1 to write a review. On 7/7 I went into this location for a standard oil change, not even 9 hours later I find myself stranded in the middle of I90 looking for a tow to take me back to Palatine. Come to find out that Jiffy Lube didn't put my oil filter back on correctly and all of the oil had leaked out of my car causing the engine to lock up and the oil to be sucked into my exhaust system. ***** ********************************************************************. I took my Hunday in for oil change, they left my bottom cover open I had music on didn't hear it till I got to the traffic light that had a dip and cover got stuck so I then stuck my head out, hear the scratches and uturn to jiffy lube. After my atrocious experience with ****** off of May and ****** I got a call from corporate by a man named ****. He said he would personally look at my car so we drove to the closest jiffy lube and he said it needed some work and he would keep it overnight and we could get it first thing in the morning. He was very courteous and kind and explain things very well. Turns out it was only a water pump that needed replaced. The employees at this jiffy lube left their gloves and a rag under my hood causing hundreds of dollars in damage. When they were confronted they admitted that those were the same gloves and rags they used. But refused to be liable for the damage. Because they are not a stand up company I will take my business elsewhere as well as warn family and friends to not go there!

Horrible shop with dishonest management - their poor service cost me $6300+ for a new engine. After I got an oil change at this location, the mechanic didn't s**** the oil drain plug back on properly (tightened it by hand, most likely). So, I was driving down the freeway and the oil drain plug fell off, which instantly drained all of my oil, and blew up my engine. When I contacted the manager, "****", he repeatedly dodged my calls. Went to jiffy lube to get a tune up on a Thursday and could not leave out of parking lot. When I did drive off my vehicle killed on me. I called customer ********************** and filed a complaint and have not been able to talk to anyone but the district manager, who has to email someone also. It has been over 72 hours and I have not heard from the franchise owner at all. My truck is still at the store.I have not been accommodated for at all.
