Although this location is easy to reach, the three employees ************************** and ***** did not give me service. Either it is racism or thinking that people like me should stay quiet and not get service, and pay them, they are sadly mistaken. I had fumes coming out of my hood and all they did was give me lip service. They did not fix anything and figured I was too stupid(I have a disability) to complain. My name is ******* and the last 4 of the invoice number is #**** The work order of this service was #****.I just left the location. This was the worst experience Ive ever had getting my oil changed. The Jiffy Lube on *********************** is very unprofessional and the workers are all rude and childish, they play all day on the clock they dont have uniforms on and they are really bringing this great company down.

Took my vehicle in for oil change and after I paid for it, and drive it home the oil filter fell off and the oil drained out which resulted in my engine locking up ! I called them and they offer me less than value for my vehicle !

1. It was the worst experience I've ever had in getting a simple oil change. The Owner/Manager got into an argument with his neighbor next door, they were face-to-face I thought it would become physical. This was while he was servicing my car going back and forth and arguing. 2. A few weeks later my car shut down on ******************** during rush hour. Horrible customer **********************. I took my vehicle for an oil change and they didnt install my oil filter gasket properly. I drove about 20 miles to realize my oil leaked out. Then I look at my receipt to realize it is someone else's with my credit card information on it. I can not even get a phone call back

I let there ******** ** location look at my car because my ac needed serviced they held me there for over 2 probably 3 hours and at first said there machine only had 1.2 pounds of freon and if I could come back tomorrow they would finish recharging it that was after about an hour or so. Update: took my truck to a mechanic to find out that yes due to the *** for the oil pressure dropping to 4 to psi after leaving them it's causing engine issues They are not mechanics are only concerned about their own personal vehicles while they work on them during work hours instead of the customers.
