After my atrocious experience with ****** off of May and ****** I got a call from corporate by a man named ****. He said he would personally look at my car so we drove to the closest jiffy lube and he said it needed some work and he would keep it overnight and we could get it first thing in the morning. He was very courteous and kind and explain things very well. Turns out it was only a water pump that needed replaced. Now the ** is working again and the sound is gone. ****** had done a wonderful job and I am very happy with... read more

The employees at this jiffy lube left their gloves and a rag under my hood causing hundreds of dollars in damage. When they were confronted they admitted that those were the same gloves and rags they used. But refused to be liable for the damage. Because they are not a stand up company I will take my business elsewhere as well as warn family and friends to not go there!
