It has cost me over $300 to fix the damage they did to my car! They put something in my radiator that was not meant for it. Car kept stalling after my oil change. Brought it a mechanic and they had to flush entire system. I would warn everybody not to go. If they had admitted what they did I could have been understanding.
I showed up on a foggy Friday night, 5 minutes before close. They greeted me, verified that my headlamp and a break light were out, and had me pull in. 15 minutes later I was pulling out with the cost on the house. This Jiffy Lube not only understands customer service, but they go out of their way to go out of their way!
Thank you Frank and the Team at Jiffy lube. Turns out we brought the company fleet van in too soon for an oil change. The guys washed the windows and vacuumed anyways. We were treated so well! Thank you for your honesty and great service! We'll be back in a couple thousand miles!
I wish I could give 0 stars. Stolen property from my center console that no one should have been in at all followed by denial that anyone went in the center console. I am disappointed in humanity today.
