What do you do when grand children break their Ipads? Google. Find JCD Repair has the best price. Take the machines to Wallingford and brace yourself for the REAL assessment of the repair. And are pleasantly surprised when JCD fixes a graphics processor for free (thump) and repairs two busted screens, ahead of schedule, within budget, and protects the repair with their warranty. Totally satisfied and the Ipads are surviving the rand kids a month later. Thanks guys.
I managed to break two screens in one week the phone was fixed within the hour (as a walk-in) and the tablet within a couple of days. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Thanks!
I broke my phone glass at 8 AM on a weekday and Jet City Device Repair had my phone repaired by 11:45 AM--and this was with just one staff member at the store. The waiting room was a pleasant place to get some work done on my laptop, the service was professional, and the cost was fair. Happy to recommend them highly!

The only place to go to get your phone repaired. They usually get you out the door with your phone fixed in a few minutes and the warranty service is above and beyond. Super nice people too.
Wow.... I thought my IPhone 6 was a goner for sure. After all, if you drop your phone in a parking lot....back over it and the come back after an hour and a half while it sits cracked and in the middle of a torrential rain storm... Don't you thing the odds are more in favor of the purchase of another $700 phone? Not so, Jet City not only saved my phone, but all the data I hadn't backed up...Never give up, give Jet City a chance. I am so thankful I did!!!
