Jet City Device Repair is great! I shattered the screen of my Iphone. They made me a same day appointment, were super reasonably priced and followed up with me to make sure the repair was still working okay a few weeks later. I highly recommend!
So great! Friendly, efficient and competent. Every time I make an appointment, they're ready for me on time, and they usually only need about 45 minutes to replace my iPhone screen. Just enough time to grab lunch or dinner up the street while I wait. This week, I called yesterday afternoon and got an appointment during the lunch hour for today. I highly recommend them!
Everyone was super nice and fast. I really like the tempered glass. My phone feels bulletproof or at least kid proof. Thank you.

I broke my phone right before a trip to New York and they agreed to fix my phone even thought it was past their last available appointment slot. Very generous of them and they fixed it quickly. A week or so later I began to have some small issues with the screen and left feedback for them mentioning this. Someone from Jet City called me about 20 minutes later and they offered a new screen replacement free of charge.
