Ok honestly this is some of the best customer service I've had. If you need device repair, go pay these guys a visit. Not only do they do a great job, but the rates are very reasonable and their staff is so kind. I've gone for an iPhone screen replacement as well as camera replacement and now I can't imagine going anywhere else.
They did a great job repairing my cracked screen on my iPad mini! The guys in the shop are delightful and super courteous. They got it repaired several days faster than originally promised, and then they even stayed open later (past official closing hours) so that I could buzz by to pick up my iPad before a four day trip out of town. I was totally impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing phone or tablet screen repair. Great job, Jet City Device Repair!!
I found Jet City in a Google search for iPhone screen repair and decided to give them a shot. They replaced my broken screen in about 30 minutes while I sat there and waited. They'll definitely be my first choice if I have any further issues.
They hire people that are intelligent, interesting, and who like other people. Great, I like it.

I discovered Jet City by accident and am so glad I did. The place on my iPhone 4 where I plug in a charger had stopped working. Jet City tried cleaning it at no charge, but it didn't fix the problem. They replaced the part in 1/2 hour at a very reasonable cost and my iPhone is working great. They were professional, friendly, fast and efficient. I recommend them highly and consider myself a loyal customer.
