Fast service for a battery replacement and charging port issue with my iPhone. Was able to drop my phone off, walk down the street to the bakery(for some delicious baked goods) and return to the shop in one hour to have my phone completely fixed. All for a reasonable price! Thank you!
Fantastic service! They fixed minor problems with my phone for free TWICE before I finally had a problem serious enough for them to charge me. And then they did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would (while I waited) for exactly the price they'd quoted. A great business that I recommend wholeheartedly!
Jet City saved me from having to purchase (replace) an older iPhone (4s) by diagnosing a problem with the speaker quality. They replaced the charging port ($59.00) and sent me on my way with a working phone again within a 2 hr. timeframe. This was on a very busy afternoon and no appointment. I highly recommend this company.

What a great place! I live 150 miles from Seattle. My husband found Jet City Repair and asked if I'd take his phone to them to have the broken screen on his cell replaced. Since I was headed to Seattle anyway, I said "but of course"! The customer service was excellent from the beginning. We have had out devices fixed by these guys on We have had our devices fixed on at least 7 different occasions and they never cease to impress. They are quick and have fixed problems that I had written off as hopeless. Their service follow-up is top notch. Highly recommend!
Wow - It's rare that one walks out of a business with a big smile on one's face, esp. when you've paid them to fix your mess. They fixed my smashed smartphone screen perfectly, quickly, and with friendly faces. Excellent.
