These folks are terrific. A real neighborhood enterprise who show the "big guys" (if they're paying attention to their lost sales) what quality service at a reasonable price looks like. It was well worth my 23 mile o/w trip to the shop. Shattered Ipad face. Replaced and ready to pickup the next morning. Only $85 with tax. Wow!!!! Excellent customer service and very quick turn around. I have a very badly cracked screen but they salvaged my iPhone. I highly recommend this as a spot when your tech gadgets are not at 100%.
This neighborhood gem is a great resource for honest 3rd party consults. The technicians are super friendly, helpful, funny and proficient. They haven't always been able to work miracles, but they will make solid recommendations for me as to what's the best course of action. I'm a huge fan and love that they have a "bottomless" tempered glass screen protector. Thank you team!
Got a new screen and battery for my 5 series iPhone. Works great, no problems at all. Nice, patient, people there. They even followed up to make sure things were good. I have recommended Jet City to friends.
Highly recommend! Great service and fast turnaround
Jet City Wallingford has been there for me like even my good friends never have. When something awful happens they listen, act fast, and resolve the problem without asking anything of me. The guys are always really professional and friendly, and I trust them with my devices implicitly. Get the insurance! Only 40/year and your next repair is free (glass) or cheap (LCD). Great customer service and great results. I thought my battery had roamed itself to death so I brought it in and they replaced the battery for $50. When it still wouldn't charge, they had me bring it back in and discovered the charging dock (whatever that thing is called where you plug in charger) was completely burnt out. They replaced that and only charged me the difference between the battery and charging dock replacement for not having seen it the first time I brought it in.
