I talked to one of the guys on the phone and the communication was crystal clear. He immediately told me I could fix my phone's LCD screen and battery for a reduced combo price and on top of that reminded me of my protection plan. Total came out to $60.00 for repairs. This is the 2nd time I've used Jet City Device Repair, they are always on top of their stuff.

I dropped my phone and it wasn't coming on anymore. I brought in my phone, and an hour later it was fixed and there was no charge. It was just a loose LCD cable. I chose to buy their protection plan for $39 bucks for the year to cover if it happens again and the cable breaks, they will replace and fix for free. This was the 2nd time I have used them, and they are amazing!!

They fixed my phone screen in about 20 minutes and the tempered glass they will replace for free if it ever chips.

My daughter dropped her iphone on frozen concrete during our recent snow and shattered her screen. We planned on taking it to the Apple Store for replacement but I was dreading the drive all the way over to UVillage! I read rave reviews about Jet City Device Repair on facebook and decided to try them out. I was able to get an appointment the next morning. I dropped my phone off, ran some errands and came back a few hours later to pick it up. The guys were super friendly and knowledgable!
