Excellent service. They fixed my ipad mini screen - which had cracked when it got dropped. Friendly, tech savvy folks with integrity! If you have a device in need of repair check them out. My ipad was repaired within the timeframe quoted for the agreed upon price, $99.00. I would definitely bring any future device issues here.

Life saver! Dropped my phone last night and completely shattered the glass. Found Jet City online early this morning, made an appointment online, and within 30 minutes I had a new screen, protector, and case. So pleased and relieved. Thanks to the CHICAGOAN (my native city) who started this fantastic business!
Kind, patient, efficient, and affordable - these guys were excellent all around. Squeezed me in with a same-day appointment, replaced a cracked screen on an iPhone 6S, gave me advice on how to prevent future damage (I had protective glass and a case when it cracked, but they explained why those didn't work), and the whole thing was half the price of what the Apple store quoted me. I would definitely go back, but hope I never need to.
Jet City was great. Great customer service by Daniel, with all details explained well. The work was done within the time frame given. The cost was very reasonable.
I was so tired of a dead battery at the most inconvenient times, I had Jet City install a new one in my IPhone 6. $59 and 10 minutes I was out the door. And, it has a life time warranty. The Apple Store would do it for $100 and who knows how long - have you ever been there? Then you know how long the wait would be. Plus, their warranty was 6 months!
They were amazing ! Fast and can't believe how fast I got my phone. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to repair their phone. A++
