I took in my kids’ many-times-dropped iPad for a screen crack. There were 2 other problems with the device (a blocked headphone jack and a broken speaker). I didn’t think it was possible to repair all 3 but they did it for a reasonable price and in only 2 days. My kids are thrilled that the iPad works like new. Great customer service and an excellent value!

These guys are incredible. After they replaced the screen (at least $10 cheaper than anyone else that I checked), my iPad looks brand new. They are really nice guys, too. I'm hooked!!!

Fast, courteous, and capable. Once they got over the shock of me wanting to repair an old Galaxy S5 rather than upgrade to a new one (the math on $150 vs $700 was not difficult) they did a great job and got it back to me faster than planned.
Wait where did my review go? I can't wait to use Jet City Device Repair for my other devices. These lovely people in JCD Repair, Daniel and Savnish (Sorry Sp) were so pleasant, helpful, and didn't make me feel like I was stupid. I called at 3:40 pm, they gave me an appointment for 4:30pm, and I picked up my iPhone 6s with a new screen at 5:00pm, and I was treated well. Use this small establishment for all your device needs!!!
