Jet City Device Repair has always provided fast turnarounds, but I was especially happy this time as I was about to leave town when I had trouble with a battery they had replaced the prior week, and they made sure to fit me in on the same day--even though there were no open appointments! Thank you, JCD Repair!
They took the time to troubleshoot the issue, unlike the Apple store where they wanted me to trade in the Ipad Pro for $599 or buy a new one for $799. Once they determined it was a bad battery, they fixed it right away with no risk if that was the issue if it didnt fix the problem. Highly recommended to have them fix your device instead of fixing it yourself!

Jet City is fast! I love going to them. They are helpful and always get me right out the door. I highly recommend buying the phone accessories and cases from them! So your screen and entire phone is protected in case you drop it. They are the only place I go to for repairs!
