I was having dinner next to JCDR and thought "I wonder if they can repair my totally screwed up screen in the fifteen minutes they have open before they close" and I walked in, everyone was cool, and they totally hooked me up! They were also super awesome to every customer that came in. I don't live in Wallingford but if I need a repair I'm heading over there!
I took my iPhone 5s in for a battery replacement and to get the charging port cleaned out. Both were accomplished quickly and very pleasantly. This is a good operation, honest, clean and, very professionally run. Make an appointment if you can and they'll have you in and out super quick. Without an appointment they'll do their best to get you on your way quickly. I really appreciate JCDR for helping keep my phone and iPad out of the landfills - at least for now. 5 Stars
Jet City Device Repair is .. amazing... a word I do not throw around willy nilly. I had a 10 a.m. appointment to fix my iPhone screen that was separating from the rest of the phone. The service was PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, EFFECIENT! I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. The repair, new case, earbuds and battery were $30 less than the estimate for a repair only at the Apple Store.
