Friendly, knowledgeable, well spoken, and generous with their time and advice. They could have gotten $130 from me, but chose to check the phone over first. If you've never had your phone ports stop working because of pocket lint, it's a "whoda thunk it?" moment. They happily gave me that moment, free of charge. Very nice folks.
Shattered my iPhone screen yesterday, was able to quickly make an appointment online for the next morning. They were very professional and quick with the repair. It was a relief to get my phone back in order quickly. I will recommend Jet City to others.
