Jet city is amazing! I broke my iPhone screen on vacation in Vancouver-they were able to set up an appt The same day I got back to Seattle and it only took an half-hour! Definitely will be my go-to place in the future.
I was traveling along the northwest-- from San Francisco to Bellingham,WA, when my iPhone 5S battery gave up. En route to Seattle, I tried to get an appointment at the Apple Store but they had nothing until the following week (when I'd be back in California). Jet City answered my text immediately-- I went in that morning, and while I was waiting they replaced my battery.
