Replacement glass for my Mini Ipad was really quick. They did an excellent job. No problems with the whole process. They said it would take a couple of days and ended up finishing it the next day. Awesome! Highly recommended.
We have Apple devices at our home and have used Jet City multiple times for cracked screens on our phones and iPads. Customer service is outstanding, and we have always been happy with the results. The screens look as good as new and work perfectly.

I've been here for a couple of repairs on different devices and they've been great. Fixed my iPhone speaker that had been damaged with oil spilled on it. They replaced the GPS antenna on another occasion. Most recently I managed to smash my screen and they kindly replaced that as well. I also appreciate that I can sit and work using their wifi from the waiting area. I don't necessarily want to come back but knowing me... I probably will be back. Glad to have a local and reliable place to go for assistance with my devices.
Great Service - they fixed my iPad (wouldn't turn on) Turns out it had a bad battery and charging port. Cost me far less than replacing it and I didn't have to reload a new iPad. Use their free shipping option. Parking is difficult near their shop.
This guys are amazing! Quick And easy. I had a huge trip to Columbia days away with a broken screen that took over the selfie camera. It had been like this for months sonit didn't bother me until I knew I wanted it fixes for vacation on the beach! Everything works perfectly and it only took a couple hours! I napped on the comfy couch :)
Top notch customer service. They went out of their way to find the correct battery for me, kept me informed the entire time then installed it quickly for a very reasonable price. Great guys!
I couldn't say enough about JET City outstanding repair service. They are the friendliest and a very efficient group. Over the years, if I had a problem with my i phone Apple would take over a week to fix or long lines to wait. Over the past 3 years, I have done business with JET CITY. This time i did a no-no and froze my i phone and it had to be overhauled. I thought i would have to buy a new I phone . i was surprised they had it repaired after i returned from lunch.
