I'm incredibly pleased with my experience with Jet City Device Repair. I came in with a cracked iPhone and iPad, and was prepared and willing to pick them up on separate days, as I made a same-day appointment. The guys surprised me when I came back to pick up my iPhone 45 minutes later, and both devices were fixed. The iPad is perfect and by fixing the screen, they fixed other smaller issues on my phone. I needed a new battery for an iPhone 5s. These guys were incredibly prompt and efficient putting one in. That it beat the prices I found elsewhere was an additional bonus.
A friend said this was the place to get the phone fixed. It was. Super fast, simple, reasonable price. I was in and out with phone fixed in under 30 mins. I often feel stupid when interfacing with tech, and I don't even like having to call up and explain my problem, cuz I never feel like I'm using the correct langauge. No such issue here. Easy to book online. Small, lovely storefront.
