Went in with an iPhone 5 that was starting to become a portable heating pad, with the screen bulging, lines across the screen, and a loss of about 6 letters when trying to type (not so great for responding to clients...). JCDR explained that it was not just the battery, but an issue with the screen. They replaced both within a few hours, invited the kids to grab some donuts, and I now have a shiny, working, typing phone for less than 25% of a phone replacement cost. Couldn't be happier.
They did a great job on my iPhone, and very quickly too. And I was very, very happy with the low price for the high quality of work performed. Highly recommend and would use again.

I got my iPhone fixed here a while back and absolutely loved my experience. I was able to make an appointment on-line just 2 hours before, and with my hectic schedule that was awesome! My phone was done before the estimated time frame, and I was able to sit in their waiting room, read a book, and have a complimentary soda. Cheaper than or on par with other companies and I was out of there in a jiffy! I won't go anywhere else for phone repair and keep recommending people to them!
Nailed it. Skip the Genius Bar and just go get your phone fixed. New battery in 30 minutes for 60$ and great customer service.
Jet city device repair is amazing! Great people, fantastic work, easy to do business with. Repair had a problem at first, and I was admittedly a tough customer, but the folks at JCD he met me more than halfway and I cannot thank them enough. Five stars!
I love this location of Jet City Device Repair. They are fast and professional, but friendly, too. Great crew...and now they have blinds so everyone gets to stay cool when the summer sun beats down on the west-facing windows. Sweet!
