My iPhone kept shutting off despite reading plenty of battery life. I took it to the Apple store and was offered a new iPhone X for a grand. I took it to Jet City after making an appointment the day before, and it was fixed in less than :30 for $59. Friendly guys, great lobby to wait in (brought a book, yay). I don't need a new phone with all that hassle and expense; I love this one, and now it works like new!
This is the second time I’ve brought in my iPad and I recommend them to everyone. Both times they were able to fix the problem or told me how to fix it myself so they wouldn’t have to pay for the repair.

Our family has used JCDR many times. The people are always exceptionally helpful and friendly, the service fast and reliable. They have done quick fixes (like cleaning your phone ports) for nothing and go out of their way to save you money if possible.
