My screen had been cracked/falling apart all summer until it finally just became a technicolor blur. Savash at Jet City not only fixed it perfectly, but also was hugely accommodating with my work schedule and let me come by after closing to pick it up. Their prices are 100% reasonable and their preemptive "pay now, fix it later" deal is INCREDIBLE (because Lord knows I'll probably need it). Cracked the back of my iPhone 4. JCD was fast and replaced it at a reasonable price. They also were able to provide me with a hard to find new protective case for my now apparentally rare device. Thank you.
My phone cracked and when I went to the AT&T store the workers recommended that, since I didn't have insurance, to go to Jet City. I thought it was pretty impressive that the workers at AT&T chose to refer me because they knew it was a better deal. I'm so glad I trusted them and went. My phone had a bent in it and for no added charge the worker who worked on my phone straightened it out so that the screen replacement would fit better. Jet City was awesome! I shattered my phone screen and got an appointment same-day. Everyone was swift, professional, and they did a great job. I would absolutely recommend and use JC again (which I hopefully won't need to ;)).
