I've only had great experiences here. I used to work at apple and this is the only place I would take my phone in Seattle.
My iPhone 5S battery was dead. The Jet City process was quick and painless, and the team was friendly and polite. They even followed up with me to make sure that things were going well. I've never had any phone repaired, but if I need to again, I'll head to Jet City.

My experience working with Jet City was great! I made an appointment, dropped the phone off earlier in the day, and they called me several hours before my appointment to say my phone was ready already! I'm constantly on the go and use my phone for everything; getting it fixed so quickly was a huge help. And the staff was friendly, helpful, and quick!
