Dr. Chrastil was very clear, thorough and informative about what was going on with my right knee. He had visuals that helped me understand the explanations for my knee damage as well as what was involved in the surgery to correct that damage. He answered all of my questions and provided further information as well. It was very helpful in making a decision to go ahead with the knee surgery in the next few months.
Dr. Chrastil replaced my hip 4 weeks ago. I couldn’t be happier with my pain relief and recovery! The surgery went exactly as planned and I’m pain free and enjoying my walking.
Dr. Chrastil and his entire team are top notch. My entire experience with both Panorama Orthopedics and Ortho Colorado were Five star plus. I highly recommend Dr. Chrastil if you are considering a hip arthroplasty. I am barely three weeks post op and have returned to near normal activity levels. Dr. Chrastil is very professional as well as personal in his demeanor. I appreciate that he explained my medical situation in terms easy to understand and was very clear in what I could expect in the future as to care.
Dr. Chrastil replaced both of my knees last year. With that being said. I spent almost 30 years seeing orthopedic surgeons and they wouldn’t consider replacing my knees even though they knew that was the ultimate solution, and advised me of that. Many surgeries later and a waste of time and money. I found Dr. Chrastil. He immediately said they need to be replaced. He was actually fixing the issue. No treatments that weren’t needed. This was my first visit with Dr. Chrastil. He was friendly, easy going, informative. He examined my knee thoroughly but gently, explained the problem, and answered my questions, including a couple that weren't related to my knee. At no point did I feel as if the clock was ticking and there was somewhere else he needed to be (a skill some doctors don't seem to pick up in medical school or in practice). I'm completely pleased.

I had my hip replaced in September with Dr. Chrastil , I have total movement in my hip. He is professional with a touch of humor that helps make a rough situation a bit easier. I am having a full knee replacement with him and complete faith in him.
