Dr. Hananel is an amazing health care provider. I always learn a great deal about my various medical concerns. And I always feel better about my medical problems.
I don’t know how Kaiser gets such high ratings—they must be paid for. My family has endured three cancer cases with Kaiser, all mishandled, but Dr. Hu was the worst. She was unavailable, argued with us, and fixated on involving estranged children while ignoring the wife and brother who were caring for the patient daily. She gave conflicting instructions, denied him pain meds, and discharged him when he clearly needed hospital care. He suffered for months under false hope. Dr. Chrastil performed a hip replacement surgery on my husband with wonderful results. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Chrastil was professional, compassionate and attentive. My husband is recovering well and has improved mobility. We are very grateful for Dr. Chrastil's expertise and dedication. We highly recommend him and Panorama Orthopedics and Spine Center.
My daughter was her patient, she was In 5th grade and unvaccinated. Dr Hideg administered MMR-v and my daughter came down with measles, missed a month of school, dealt with health department and discussions on how I was a poor parent to delay vaccinations. We were treated like second class citizens by her and now my daughter has developed a seizure disorder. She’s an 11th grader now. I saw Dr. Lin today at the Thousand Oaks Kaiser facility. Both my wife and I were REALLY impressed with her knowledge, skill, communication, and bedside manner. I was having a minor procedure done, and she talked me through each step, telling me what she was doing and what it would feel like. When she was done, she left the room to get the paperwork. I turned to my wife and said, 'she's REALLY good!' to which my wife immediately agreed.
Dr. Chrastil is a truly gifted surgeon! I had the other hip replaced by a different surgeon and the difference was night and day! Dr. Chrastil is not only gifted but a great down to earth person! He’s easily approachable, caring, and truly listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend him, and I’m thankful that he did my surgery. Five stars plus
