Dr. Chrastil is through. Makes sure you are comfortable with your procedure both before and after. He is compassionate and honest. He answers all your questions and you are never confused about what is going on. I have seen many orthopedic surgeons and they can’t compare to Dr. Chrastil. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Chrastil to friends and family. Procedure was explained in an easy to understand format. Handout materials served as great reference material. Follow up was excellent. I could not have asked for a better surgeon.

Dr. Chrastil is wonderful. He is easy to talk to and great at explaining everything about the procedure you are having. I wholeheartedly recommend him. Do yourself a favor and go talk to him if you are facing a knee or hip surgery.

I saw Dr Chrastil after a month of pain which worsened on my move back to Colorado. I have been an athlete my entire life, now 61yrs old so he ordered an MRI. He has great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable in his specialty. Highly recommended for knee issues.
Simply put, Dr. Chrastil saved my life. In April 2021 I was admitted to the hospital for sepsis. Thankfully Dr. C was the orthopedic doc on call that weekend. He met me in the ER and immediately knew I was in trouble just by the looks of me. I was going downhill fast, the infection was raging in my shoulder and was in my bloodstream. Dr. C got me into an OR as fast as possible and washed out my shoulder to get rid of the infection. Turns out this was a tricky infection and I needed two more surgeries in April.
