I was assigned to Dr. Praveen at Kaiser for my Major Depression and prescribed Escitalopram. During my nearly 10 years with Kaiser, I’ve had my fair share of less than satisfactory experiences with other doctors. Dr. Chandora has been a breath of fresh air and is, without a doubt, the best doctor I’ve had at Kaiser. She consistently goes above and beyond to be helpful, understanding, and attentive to my needs. Dr. Chrastil is the most personable surgeon I’ve ever had. This was my 7th knee surgery (right knee replacement). He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He will be doing my left knee at some point!!
Wish I would have done my hip surgery a year ago. The results are amazing and I would highly recommend Dr Chrastil!!
Character limits prevent me from putting full details to demonstrate how bad my experience with Dr. Peter Yeung. This was the worst experience I've had with any medical provider and his patient care should be audited. My child was seeing her due to seasonal allergies and needing a note from school. She was so hateful and insinuated awful things when there was no basis to what she was even insinuating. She not only was making insinuations but she lied as well. I have never in my life seen an individual so unprofessional. My child has only been seen three times within like a year on the doctor chat she is a part of yet she tried to say that he has incidents of one to two times per month not going to school. Very poor bedside manner. I was completely shocked at her insinuations and false statements. Especially, when they came out of nowhere and for no just cause whatsoever. It was a typical appointment for seasonal allergies. I have never in my life witnessed such a thing.

Dr Kwai Ben treated my father who had a heart attack while visiting me in San Jose. The treatment was very successful and her dedication and attention to my father needs were out of this world. She is very knowledgeable and humble. She makes sure the patient understands what, why, and when things are done. I strongly recommend her.
