I guess you get what you pay for the dentist and the assistant were pretty nice the only thing is when they start drilling and cutting with saw they tell you don't move it dont hurt i ain't touching nerves just cutting tooth but little do they know that shit ain't no punk it hurts like a bitch Dam I ain't never had experience pain like that no matter how many shots it wasn't enough to numb the pain good luck trying to explain that to them but they had a special of 40 or 30 bucks something and they extracted two of them like ... read more
Wish I wld have read the reviews first , went for 3 root canals,a filling and 2 crowns . Appointment was at 9:30 didn't get to the back till 10:50, a 2 and half procedure took 5 hrs . left the dentist and wasn't 10 minutes away when one of my crowns fell off called the dentist back and staff was rude to my wife on the phone,and the next day the 2nd crown fell off while talking, was givin an appointment to come back in a week to have crowns put back on,so until then I have 2 jacked up front teeth and can't smile for a week !!... read more
This place is a joke!!! They will have you waiting all day for a small procedure. Attitudes suck! Will never come back or recommend anyone to this shyt hole!

So far so good they were polite and courteous go back on Saturday for teeth to be pulled.
First time going to this place it was recommended to me by a friend who works at another jefferson dental, I won't be going back. The dentist came in the room to see my kids did not even introduce herself, and the same way she just left the room. Then they took me to a consultation room to tell me the "recommendations" for the kids, this was when I asked "so I'm never getting an opportunity to speak to the dentist"? I had gone to the Jefferson on Fulton & received the worst service in my life. The dentist there performed a treatment that she was not qualified to do & caused so many complications.. So you are probably wondering why I came to this one. It did come highly recommended & since I moved back to Baytown recently, I decided to give it a try. Thank God I made that decision. The Dr & staff were awesome. No issues whatsoever with the treatment & Thank God they were so patient with me considering I have a very low tolerance to pain.... read more
They were awesome! Got a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday and not sore or swollen today! Everyone was super sweet and made me feel completely comfortable!
I drove 3 hours from where I lived to see this dentist because I am a big baby and he does sedation. I cannot tell you enough how difficult a patient I am because I have such horrible anxiety. But I want to tell you how wonderful the staff and doctor are at Jefferson. I recommend this practice 10 times over! Thanks for making me feel so comfortable and taking the time to listen to my concerns and deal with my anxiety!
