First time I went was okay had to go back for adjustment on the filling. just went back the apointment was messed up. they want to charge me again for work they didn't complete. I WAITED 11/2 HOURS AND THEY SAID MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR NEXT WEEK WHEN QUESTIONED! IT totally sucked
It took 2 hours to be seen an they rushed my visit when they got me back there terrible experience not going back
I had a 2pm appointment. I arrived and filled out the new patient paperwork. At 2:15 I asked the receptionist when I would be seen. She replied with, "It's going to be a while". When pressed, she said it would be at least an hour. Without so much as informing me of my looming internment, she just lined up my wallet behind the others in the waiting room. Ih my it don't even deserve the 1 star it is horrible they give you an appointment and 5 hours later you are still there every time DON'T GO TO JEFFERSON DENTAL
I had as great of an experience as you can have at a dental visit. I was in severe pain with a broken tooth, they got me in the same day, wait time was nothing compared to some reviews I've seen on here. Staff and Doctor very pleasant.. Left pain free and cost a fraction of what other clinics quoted. Would definitely use them again

went for upper fitting 10 minutes in the chair waited 2 hours to be seen no water in the lobby about passed out ...waiting time is B.S. told me my appt. again on 9th haven`t heard from them so just got off the phone with them now they say 19th.. then changed it to the 12th..does anyone in the office have a clue to whats going on?
