If I could give a worse rating I would. Waited an hour for my appt before I left. My appt was for 9am, when they open, there was no reason for my long wait. 3 other people had the same issue and also left. A lady came in, waited 5 min, and was seen.. which is why I left. How do you make me wait an hour and someone walks in and is seem right away?!? Unprofessional.
it's clean and people are nice
The staff are all very sweet and helpful. I have needed to have dental work for about ,25 years. I finally was forced to go because the pain was so bad. The staff were all sympathetic with me being nervous. and the real gem was Dr. Wang!!! she was awesome. she made sure I couldn't feel anything. and gave me nitrous oxide. she put me at ease. I would definitely recommend Jefferson Dental Clinic and Dr. Wang.
Dr. Poreddy is the best would recommend seeing her.
very professional. Let me know what was going on. Friendly & courteous. At the end had the office manager come in & went over everything I needed done.
