The personnel have always been really nice, no issues there. The huge problem is the wait time. I have walked out before after waiting almost 3 hours to see a dentist. I have witnessed other people leaving because of the horrible wait time. I would not use Jefferson Dental if I didn’t have to, unfortunately my insurance only covers Jefferson Dental. You need to hire more dentists so maybe the wait time wouldn’t be so bad. If not then stop over booking so maybe the wait time w… See more
After walking up this morning my husband face and lips were swollen and in terrible pain. Made an appointment he seen the Dr he was told it would be around 450.00 to make a small incision to drain the infection.. that's crazy pricing.. did not even give him any antibiotics which is what he needed!!! Highway Robbery is what that is!!!!

RecommendedDr. Wang and her staff were lovely. Although I had a long wait, the staff offered me a “free whitening” to make my experience there wonderful. I appreciate their concern for their patients, which is oftentimes overlooked. I would definitely recommend them!
