I had my vehicle being serviced in which both plates was stolen off the vehicle and the service rep told me to just drive it home which is over 2 hours away that there was nothing they could do. I’m very disappointed in the service and will not be back!
My brother bought a truck there, asked for a bed liner. He took it back to get the liner, called to see if it was finished. They said they do not even know where his truck is. He keeps calling to find it and everyone keeps transferring him to someone else. still havent been able to talk to someone to find it. that was 4 days ago when he took it to get the bed liner, yesterday was told about not knowing where it is. today he was suppose to be called about info but never got called.
If you sell a car that someone has a confirmed appointment to test drive, at least have the courtesy to call and cancel the freaking appointment! The manager stating that one employee disregards the rules and the other over promised really didn’t make me feel better. Pure greed and no respect for customer’s time. 😡
RecommendedThe salesmen were super helpful and pleasant. They were low pressure. Our car had been totaled in an accident and they worked hard to get us in an affordable car.
Hayden Logan was helpful along with the rest of the staff. Would recommend if anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle to come here.
Sales and service are excellent
Jerry and Hayden were very accommodating to help me get the best deal. Wyler beat the other Ram dealers in price. It was worth the 40 minute drive.
The Jeep service department is awful. Over an hour and a half with a scheduled appointment. This is now the 3rd time with this kind of a wait. Glad my Wyler Care is up, I won’t be back.
