RecommendedAfter going to a certain dealership across the street with no one eager to help us on a hot July day we drove to Jeff Wyler Chevrolet . I recently purchased a Versa and turned in a lease. The offer by the sales person was based on either a price much higher than the MRSP plus tax or a fiancé rate in excess of the market. He presented the MRSP plus tax and the monthly payment. When I showed him an amortization schedule based on sticker at market rates, the offer was reduced by 100 per month for 72 months. The management at the Kia dealership is unethical and dishonest. They attempted to bait and switch on the price of a vehicle. It was listed for MSRP on their website. Eventually, I spoke to the sales manager on duty and he told me they wouldn’t honor the price online and wanted to start negotiations at 2500 over MSRP. They Denied the existence of a rebate. Then Admitted the existence of the rebate but claimed that you couldn’t get the rebate and finance through Kia and had to go through them. All of this was untrue. The next... read more

Bad experience all around. Salesman added stuff to the overall price without talking about it, even though we told him nothing extra. Found damages after buying the car, and when confronted with this, they hung up on us. Buy your car somewhere else. This place is not a good group of people that care about the customer, only about making money and moving on to the next sucker.
