Stop cold texting potential customers daily to try and win their business. It's excessive. When I asked for the messages to stop, instead of respecting my wishes anf exhibiting an ounce of customer service, I was met with responses of disgust. It's unprofessional and NOT how you grow business.
Randy Flynn was great! He listened to what we wanted and didn't want.
I filled out the credit app, talked to a salesman for a week and explained my situation very well. I even asked before being dropped off there if it was all good to go. I was told yes, even shown a brand new car that his manager had a pre-approval code for. so I go and ended up having to get my parents to drive an hour and a half to come get me. talk about nonsense and total load of B S. Service, help, information, good inventory.
the service was speedy and courteous.
The salesman were very good and answered my concerns. They worked with me on the deal we made.
I have rented two cars from them and after a year came to rent my third one. I talked with one of the agents on the phone( Brendan) and he just lied in order to get me into the store, even that I asked him a few times to be clear that this is the price(include all taxes and more) The price was off in 60% of what I got in the store. I will never go back to a place that lied as a tactic to bring people into the store
I just bought a 2020 Equinox here and our salesman Clay Brezinski was amazing!! He made this whole process easy and explained each and every step!!
