Came in totally ready to buy a car. When we walked in we were sort of greeted by a sales consultant, K.C Williamson. He looked busy and asked “what are you here for?” And we told him we had a couple cars we wanted to look at, but we could talk to someone else if he was busy. Complete nightmare every step of the process. Would not wish this on anyone.

Terrible in resolving issues along w/ dishonesty in their finance dept.
Terribly disappointed in the lack of customer service received from Jeff Wyler staff today. Went to the car lot to check a car listed online and got there and was told is was 2k more than what it was listed for. Staff was in no hurry to justify or fix their error. Not interested in helping customers who arent there to finance. So sad! Recommend Jeff Wyler to weed out the terrible staff they have at the eastgate location before they soil his name and business!
