First time I've ever felt compelled to review a company or product in my life, thats how bad Jeff Wyler Eastgate is (Chevrolet in particular). I purchased a Chevy Cruze back in late 2018. That process was a mess. After driving the car for about 6 weeks and never receiving anything from the finance company I used through them, I gave Wyler a call. First I should point out that Bill from Jeff Wyler has called me every 1-2 days since I bought my car and keeps leaving messages. I checked my blocked messages and I have 72 messages from him! You read that correctly SEVENTY TWO MESSAGES! It’s been over 6 months and he keeps calling with “a couple of questions!” Others have told me it’s an attempt to sell extras such as car insurance. I bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado in June of 2019 I had a flat tire in late May and to my surprise I had no jack with the truck , had the tools for a jack but no jack , went to them in ask about a jack for my truck and was asked 3x to go look for a jack the was not there and here we are several weeks later and I have still not received the jack that should have came with my truck , very sad
