Horrible experience overall! I scheduled a time to look at a car at 6:30, drove from an hour away to look at this car. When I arrive they told me someone else was test driving the car, so I said okay that’s fine I will look around and wait. After about a half an hour my friend and I let them know we’re going to drive around, but we are going to wait to test drive the car. We went to Eastgate to check with Delma, a used car salesman, although we really wanted a new Kia Soul. He was so nice and very helpful! He always strived for us to get the vehicle with the price we wanted! Great Deal! Great Experience! Thanks Delma! We will report back if things don’t go well from here, but we got our 2020 Kia Soul, driven off the floor, 2 days ago. So far so good!

Bought a 30k vehicle here in March. The first time I go to use the defrost on my Jeep it blows cold air. I bring it in to get fixed under my “extended warranty “ that I paid for and they won’t fix it! Then after 2 days of get bounced around from used car to service departments and the sales manager tells me that after 4 months he’s not toning to honor the certified pre-owned check that cost me an extra 1800!
