I was interested in buying a Cruze and wanted my personal mechanic to check. Since I thought, based on the salesman, that the car was in top working condition I was required to put my initials on the quote and various other papers before I could have it looked at. When my mechanic showed the problems with the car I went to retrieve the paperwork so it could not be processed. They are refusing to give us the paperwork. They said it has to go to corporate.
