Went there just not sure about what I wanted or if I could even get financed but they worked they're magic and I am now the proud owner of a 2021 Mazda 3. And it's beautiful

Where do I even begin!!!!!! Purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage about a year and a half ago!!!! Motor blew within the first year, dealing with Jeff Wyler was a struggle and pure hell!! About 2 days after getting our motor replaced the battery went bad. Oh FYI we were told we had a 100,000 mile warranty when we bought it, that was a lie. After calling Kia corporate they helped get all the issues fixed and gave us a Jew warranty!!!! The service department is a complete joke. I would not recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone. This is my second vehicle that I have bought from them and once your drive it off the lot that is where their courtesy ends. The Chevrolet service department is even worse. Bought a brand new 2020 Chevrolet Colorado from them in June only have 7k miles on it, tire blows and they tell me that it isn’t under warranty that it blew because of road wear. No nails or foreign objects in the tire no low tire pressure lights on. Driving home and tire blows and there is a large hole on the s... read more

3k in hidden dealer fees was ridiculous, charged $900 for sanitization??? That’s insane especially since it’s clear the vehicle wasn’t sanitized, there was trash and someone’s vape pen left inside. I won’t purchase from this one again

I had the oil changed in my SUV, and I dropped it off at 7:30 am for a 8:45 appt. No one called or texted me back to tell me that it was finished. I called four different times and after I was put on hold each time a team member told that they would leave a message for the Chevrolet serviced, and still no one called me back. Finally at around 4:15 pm my wife and I drove over there to see if the car was finished. It was finished but no paperwork was turned in, it was sitting on the desk of a service advisor.
