This is my third Kia purchased through Jeff Wyler, but my first time purchasing through this exact location. The experience at this location was so far superior to any others I have had. The staff was exceedingly friendly, the purchasing process was the most low stress I've had (no pressure to up-sell me like with my past car purchases), and I've been checked in on multiple times since purchasing to make sure everything is still okay with my vehicle.

They did 7hard inquiries on my credit without my authorization or permission. I never set foot in this dealership in my life. They have been blowing my phone up for 3 weeks for no apparent reason. This is the worst experience with a car dealer I have ever had. Not to mention they are highway robbers. I tried to reach out to Jeff Wyler and he did not respond or acknowledge my effort in any way.
Bad customer experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here for any service on their vehicles.
All the staff was very helpful and went the extra mile for me to get the car I wanted
