I leased a new 2018 Mazda 3 two years ago that the lease would be up in September of 2020. I loved the car and wanted to buy out the lease and keep the car. I spoke to Josh Knapmeyer, who was VERY helpful and personable from start to finish. Josh was able to get me financing for my car at the interest rate and payment that I wanted and I’m a very happy customer!

Charged $217 for an oil change, tire rotation and quote on muffler repair. Was quoted $80 for these services. At checkout I asked where the additional charges occurred from and they couldn’t give an answer. They said I had to pay for the additional charges or they would hold my car. Very disappointed in the customer service and the way this was handled. In addition, I dropped it off at noon yesterday. I bought a used vehicle and once I got it home, I noticed the plastic engine cover missing. I made several calls to see if it was left in the garage by mistake. Once I finally got in touch with the salesman, he hung up and never returned my call. I guess once you make the sell, on to the next customer
Worst new car dealer in Cincinnati! Ordered new car and agreed to pay sticker price. When car arrived (11 months later) they informed me that they took 3 additional bids for my car and offered me the chance to match highest offer or walk out without my vehicle. They wanted 40% over sticker, an additional $37,000!!! Once home I realized that many options I was charged for were not on the car.
