after five days of being lied to was a loyal customer since 1988 will never use a Jeff wyler dealership again you get zero stars for this debacle

Do not recommend going to this dealership, most definitely do not use Tim Holbrook as your sales man. He kept us in the breezy doorway throughout the entire terrible ordeal,, and spoke down to me. He would not let me leave the dealership to get food for my daughter or myself, threatening if I leave the deal is off the table. Nor was I offered any food, nor did I have money for the vending machine.so because of this my blood sugar plummeted and I was on a roll coaster ride the next couple of days. Not a great experience. When signing paper work in the back it was stated by the gentleman over and over that “ it doesn’t matter to me”. Not really what you want to hear while signing your contract. Also was given someone else’s paperwork and will file a complaint with the FTC.
Sales people extremely rude. Prices not same as online. We told sales guy multiple times it was not going to work with all the add on expenses and we wanted our keys back to have another manager come out being rude questioning our finances and then tell us it was another $1000 if we paid cash. Horrible way to do business
we went to buy a vehicle and wound up getting two because they worked with us and got us what we wanted
