The service department is a joke. I bought a 2018 Wrangler brand new in February and I have brought it to the service department 4 times for the same part issue. They replaced it twice which the second time it was put in upside down. Then instead of replacing it again, which I feel they broke by putting it on incorrectly and I drove for a week with it like that, they decide to do a work around instead of replacing it again. May be great if buying new cars stay away if looking for a used car. Bought a Chevy Cruz for my son used 70,000 miles. 3 weeks after having the car it was low on antifreeze added antifreeze then two weeks later low again. I contacted Jeff who sold me the car he sends me to the manger of service who informs me they do nothing past 30 days. Keep in mind I had the car 40 days at this point still has temp tags on car. After buying 5 cars from jeff wyler we went up today to get a truck not only we was treated like broke people with nothing but also not give any appropriation comeing back again and again,Sorry but ill never come back and my family will not.Which cost roughly 4 cars every 2 years.Never again.Also wouldnt release our papwork that was told to us we was getting.
