I took my 2011 Kia Sorrento in to be repaired. They wanted $6000.00 to repair it. I decided to buy a new Kia Soul instead. I traded Sorrento in. I brought my title up the following Saturday. The finance person wasn't in. One of the Salesmen said the finance guy wasn't in and he would make sure it got to the right person. THEY lost my title. There was a lien mistakenly on my title and they couldn't request a copy. Today I only have 2000 miles on my car and the key wont turn. I am sooo calling my attorney this morning!!!!!

I bought a car there 45 days ago and am yet to receive the title to get my tags. It was high pressure for the gap insurance and the guy wouldn’t accept my answer if no. We have make numerous attempts to communicate with them and finally after two weeks of trying I got to speak with someone yesterday who basically admitted they dropped the ball. Super unprofessional and high pressure sales. Buyer Beware!
